Position Description:
Perform duties as the primary Standardization Instructor Operator (SO) and subject matter expert on UAS operations for an Army Aerial Exploitation Battalion at one of three locations: Savannah, GA; Killeen, TX; Wiesbaden, Germany. Assist the unit commander in developing an operations and maintenance sustainment training program in cooperation with the US Army Intelligence and Security Command. Will be based primary at the unit’s home station, but may deploy with the unit for short periods for inspections and to support contingency missions.
Qualifications:
US Army experience as a Hunter UAS SO required. Must be able to pass and maintain a Class III flight physical.
Security Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
