Radiance Technologies is seeking a subject matter expert to assist teams in the development of architectural products for an Army acquisition program. The candidate must have experience decomposing mission requirements and hardware and software specifications into the appropriate views (Operational, System, and Technical). The candidate will facilitate stakeholder work sessions focused on making system-wide decisions that balance and prioritize the competing interests of individual stakeholder groups. The candidate will also be responsible for the documenting and managing of the system architect repository, to include the creation of Framework products. Architecture framework experience with pre milestone B activities is desirable, but architecture experience within any acquisition life cycle phase is acceptable.

• Active Top Secret security clearance (Required).
• Current working knowledge of DoD instructions and policies for integrated architecture products and experience with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) (Required).
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a system architect in DoD acquisition programs (Required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with the Telelogic System Architect tool (Required).

• BS degree in Systems Engineering, CS, EE, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills related to complex topics and processes.
• Knowledge of relevant DoD processes and policies.
