Serve as subject matter expert and project lead for technical efforts focused on sensor integration.  Develop technical solutions and designs to address customer specified requirements.  Translate given requirements and / or objectives into solutions through combination of research, development, design, build and test.  Apply knowledge of adhesives, bonding processes, tooling, composite materials and fabrication and mechanical design to development efforts.  Lead, guide and manage effort of other engineers and technicians to produce useable design and testing results.  Support sensor integration and large scale testing at other contractor and / or government sites.  Good communication skills are essential to coordinating Radiance work with other contractors and government customer. 

• BS degree in Engineering or relevant technical field (Required).
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance (Required).
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience (Required).
• Familiar with materials testing, test design, execution, data reduction and interpretation (Required).

• Familiar with composite materials design, fabrication and testing
• Experience leading team of engineers and technicians
• Experience in direct interface with customer and other contractors
