Work Performed:
During the past three years, Radiance has completed nearly two dozen delivery orders for the NASIC Threat System Analysis Facility (TSAF). As the primary support contractor, Radiance has provided technical analysis and technically supported the development of and selection of the TSAF hardware and computer software assets. In addition to providing the general IT lab support, Radiance developed detailed real-time radar software models in the COTS MATLAB/Simulink environment. These radar models have included the airborne, early warning, battle management, engagement, and sector scanning radars. In development of this software, Radiance performed the planning, designing, coding, testing, and integrating of the models in the TSAF. Once installed, we provide technical support of the scenario development and analytical studies performed for TSAF Customers. When delivering software products, Radiance provides InstallShield (the industry standard installation tool) programs with options to install the documentation, source code and executables associated with the software.

Functional Area Lead: 
Mr. Bryan Johnson, Director of Scientific & Technical Intelligence (S&TI) Division has a BS degree in Electrical Engineer with over 18 years of experience in software engineering and programming support efforts. He currently manages laboratory support efforts at the NASIC TSAF and the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory Virtual Combat Laboratory. For both these laboratories, he supports the planning, designing, selecting, purchasing, coding, testing, integrating, and delivering of the software and hardware used in these testing and training facilities. Mr. Johnson administers Radiance’s Software Configuration Management Plan that is part of the ISO 9001:2000 accredited processes.
