SeaPort-e The purpose of this website section is to communicate with current and potential customers regarding the ability of the Radiance Technologies Team to provide world-class professional support services for all SeaPort-e ordering Agencies. Radiance Technologies holds a prime SeaPort-e contract through our subsidiary, Ocean Systems Engineering Corporation (OSEC) Our team, comprised of 6 companies, offers a unique combination of companies with experienced management, broad capabilities, and innovative solutions designed to not only meet the statement of work, but also to ensure success. We have broad and deep capabilities in 19 of the 22 functional areas and provide services in all seven geographic zones. Additional contract information, instructions for preparing task orders and SOWs, and procedures for the fully electronic task solicitation and ordering system can be found on the SeaPort-e Acquisition Portal. Customers who have further questions on preparing or submitting task orders or SOWs should contact the Radiance SeaPort-e Program Office.
