Work Performed:
The scope of this task is to prepare and assure that the detailed technical documentation for the DJC2 system reflects the latest design, configuration, integration and deployment concept. Radiance developed technical documentation to be included into the system design documentation enabling a smooth transition from design to production. This included level III drawings, technical manuals, DJC2 specific development configurations, integration notes and engineering notebooks. Radiance delivered hard and soft copy documents including white papers, instructions manuals sections, and general wiring diagrams. These documents were instrumental in the development of technical and training manuals. Radiance also supported and assisted the government in documenting requirements traceability from the Operational Requirements Document to the System Sub-system Specifications document which was the basis for system integration.

Functional Area Lead: 
Mr. Ken Houwers, Communications Team Lead for DJC2, holds an AS in Electronic Systems Technology and a BS in Business with over 24 years of experience. Mr. Houwers is responsible for technical task management of all aspects of the DJC2 communications arena. Mr. Houwers has been the Radiance team lead as well as the lead communications contractor for all Operational Assessments and Tests.
