SETAC is designed to support USASMDC/ARSTRAT and Other Government Agencies in the Space and Missile defense arena. It is an ID/IQ fixed price per labor category contract with work assigned through competitive Task Orders.
The SETAC contractor conducts studies, and provides concept system definition and related documentation to support the study results; provides independent analyses, simulations, technological assessments; and performs other related tasks The contractor analyzes, critiques, and assesses the adequacy, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of work performed by other contractors. The contractorl identifies issues andl formulates and provides alternatives for issue resolution. The program support revolves around ten major functional areas:
