Huntsville, AL and Beavercreek, Ohio – Excitement really is building at Radiance in 2019! As the company celebrates its 20th year in business as a premier, employee-owned small business defense and intelligence prime contractor, we are looking forward to the completion of two new facilities in our Huntsville, AL and Beavercreek-Dayton, OH locations.

Our new corporate headquarters in Huntsville’s Cummings Research Park West at 310 Bob Heath Drive will be over 100,000 square feet and will include secure high bay space, multiple classified and unclassified labs, and an advanced conference center with seating for over 200 guests.

“Radiance Technologies is one of the most creative and innovative home-grown companies. Their leadership in cyber security, intelligence and engineering is a true representation of Huntsville and its high-tech workforce. We are excited to part of their growth and prosperity,” Mayor Tommy Battle said.

Our new 53,000 square foot Beavercreek facility will be located in College Park center at 3715 Pentagon Boulevard and will include increased office space to accommodate our growing Dayton-region workforce. In addition, the Beavercreek office will have multiple classified and unclassified labs and expanded training facilities to support both classified and unclassified training for customers and our employees.

Discussing expansion in the Dayton region, our President, Bill Bailey said since the company opened its Beavercreek office in 2003, “Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the Dayton region have been a strategic growth area for Radiance. We are dedicated to continuing to grow our mission critical support to our intelligence, Air Force, and cybersecurity customers in this region.”

We are excited for the completion of both facilities by the end of this year and the increased capacity and capabilities we will have to address the needs of our DoD, national intelligence community, and other government agency customers. These new facilities will provide our employee-owners with the crucial resources necessary to develop and deliver mission critical solutions in cyber security, systems engineering, intelligence, and prototyping and integration.
