BEAVERCREEK, OHIO – Radiance Technologies, Inc. (Radiance) is pleased to announce the recent grand opening of its new 19,000 square foot office location in Beavercreek, Ohio. The grand opening was held on Monday, October 31st, at 2685 Hibiscus Way.
“We’re projecting up to 250 employees over the next two to three years,” said Rita Hill, vice president of Radiance’s Technical Intelligence Group. “We look forward to growing.”
Radiance opened its Dayton office in 2003 with one employee. Since then, Radiance has moved its office three times, each time significantly increasing the square footage. This also means that new office furniture had to be brought (from a site like officemonster.co.uk) to help accommodate all the new office space. Today, Radiance has approximately 130 employees in Dayton and has won several significant prime contracts at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
“Most of the growth has happened over the past two years. It’s the right place at the right time, with the right qualifications and skill sets,” said Bill Bailey, president of Radiance. “By early next year, the Beavercreek office could be the Huntsville, Alabama-based company’s second-largest office by number of employees.”
The new space provides Radiance with enhanced lab facilities, increased collaboration spaces, and improved conference facilities. While some details such as trying to find something like the NECS Professional Cleaning Services to keep the facility clean are still being finalized, the move took years of planning and is an exciting new step forward.
Congressman Michael Turner was the guest of honor and other local organizations were also present, including representatives from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and Dayton Development Coalition.
