HUNTSVILLE, ALA. – Radiance Technologies, Inc. (Radiance) has won the Air Force Research Laboratory’s (AFRL) Agile Cyber Technology 2 (ACT 2) contract. ACT 2 is a five-year, $950 million dollar ceiling, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle to research, develop, and integrate cyber solutions to address emerging requirements for the Air Force and its mission partners.
Under ACT 2, the Radiance team will conduct rapid development, design, prototyping, demonstration, scenario development, experimentation and evaluation, integration, testing, technical installation, and transition of cyber technologies. These technology focus areas include: 1) cyber threat avoidance and cyber defense; 2) full spectrum cyber operations; 3) cyber network exploitation; 4) cyber situational and mission awareness; 5) cyber infrastructure; 6) cyber command and control; 7) information network modeling, simulation, and war-gaming; and 8) cyber mission assurance.
“As a prime on ACT 1, the predecessor to ACT 2, our team delivered an array of cyber solutions to our Air Force and Army partners,” said Rick Lockridge, Assistant Vice President of Cyber Solutions Group and ACT Program Manager. “ACT 2 will allow us to continue to rapidly respond to the mission needs of AFRL, 24 AF, USCYBERCOM, and their cyber partners.”
