Design, Development, Demonstration & Integration (D3I) – Enhanced Warfighter Capabilities (Domain 3) is a multiple award, IDIQ contract vehicle open to all federal agencies to procure a broad range of missile defense, space and other applicable Warfighter solutions in support of customers’ developmental and operational requirements. D3I-3 allows for its Orders to be Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Cost Plus Incentive Fee, Firm Fixed Price Firm Price Incentive, or a combination of types), it is materials-friendly, and has a long period of performance.
Ordering Period of Performance:
- Five Year Ordering Period – 17 DEC 15 – 16 DEC 20
- Option 1 – Two Years – 17 DEC 20 – 16 DEC 22
- Option 2 – Two Years – 17 DEC 22 – 16 DEC 24
Orders may have options and surge options.
