Special Operations Forces/Personnel Recovery
The ReMOTe table is a lightweight (one man portable) table capable of 700 lb payload, with accessory bays on the underside, that accommodate power distribution, video/ethernet media distribution boxes, or custom solutions. Tables may be daisy-chained together (3 max) to minimize cable runs. The tables can be ordered with accessories such as the Power Box Assembly and 3 foot Power Cable.
The J-Cable enables the warfighter to operate his shoulder-mounted MBITR radio while wearing body armor and gives several options configuring a radio and antenna.

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS SB) is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level.
The AMCOM EXPRESS Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. In accordance with the Award Term Clause, our BPA may be extended annually with no maximum POP. The Radiance Team will provide technical advisory and assistance services to AMCOM, the Program Executive Officer (PEO) Missiles and Space, PEO Aviation, the Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), and other Team Redstone Organizations.
Megastar is a General Services Administration Blanket Purchase Agreement under Special Item Numbers 871-1, 871-2, 871-3, and 871-4 awarded to perform scientific and technical intelligence analysis supporting National Air and Space Intelligence Center, United States Air Force, Department of Defense and National Level intelligence efforts. The mission areas supported are Air; Cyberspace; Space and Counterspace; Ballistic Missiles; Forces, Technologies and Infrastructures; Open Source Intelligence (OSINT); Human Intelligence (HUMINT); Signals Intelligence (SIGINT); Training.
TETRAS is an IDIQ multiple award rapid response contract for providing support to all users and managers of the range complex with the primary goal of meeting every test customer’s need and ensuring successful tests. The task orders awarded under this IDIQ have the primary responsibility for infrastructure, instrumentation, and support systems improvements and modernization for a wide variety of test capabilities that are necessary in the daily performance verification of user systems and new technologies. These include major test facilities and simulators for the test of weapons, Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, and electronic combat systems, components, and instrumentation for, but not limited to, environmental behaviors, vulnerabilities, performance, warhead characterization, climatic behaviors, and data distribution.
SeaPort-e ® is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-e ® IDIQ multiple award contract holders. Radiance Technologies is a contract holder able to provide Engineering and Program Management Services.
ACT 2 is a Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with the Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate to provide a focused yet flexible, rapid contracting vehicle between Air Force Research Laboratory, its Product Centers, and Operational Community to support rapid research, development, prototyping, demonstration, evaluation and transition of cyber capabilities. Technical areas include Cyber Threat Avoidance & Cyber Defense, Full Spectrum Cyber Operations, Cyber Network Exploitation, Cyber Situational & Mission Awareness, Cyber Command & Control, Cyber Modeling Simulation & War Gaming, Cyber Infrastructure, Cyber Mission Assurance, Integrate Innovative Cyber Technologies to Enable Cyber Superiority, and Facilitate Technology Transition. The technical areas are supported by the following activities R&D, Design, Prototyping, Demonstration, Scenario Development, Experimentation & Evaluation, Integration, Testing, Technical Installation, Transition, Support Through Initial Operations, Policies & Procedures. ACT2 is available for use by non-DoD agencies such as DHS, DOJ, etc. and additional team members can be added easily.
ATEP II is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for services in support of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The ATEP II is the program that encompasses the Geospatial Intelligence and non-nuclear Measurement and Signature Intelligence missions performed in National Air and Space Intelligence Centers Geospatial & Signatures Intelligence Group. The services under this contract are to perform research, development, system sustainment, software development and sustainment, and intelligence production activities utilizing geospatial-intelligence and non-nuclear measurement and signature intelligence data.
D3I is a Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract vehicle open to all federal agencies to procure a broad range of missile defense, space and other applicable Warfighter solutions in support of customers’ developmental and operational requirements. Key areas of the Performance Work Statement include requirements definition, concept/Architecture Development, and Technology Search; Design; Development; Integration; Demonstration, Testing & Experimentation; Assessment, Evaluation, Verification, and Wargaming; Limited Quantity Production; Information Superiority; Systems Safety; Environmental; Logistics & Transportation; Operations; Training & Exercise.
Geospatial, Research, Integration, Development and Support (GRIDS III) is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract with the US Army Geospatial Center under the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and is the Army Knowledge Center for Geospatial Expertise. The awarded contract is to obtain support services for the research and development efforts and maintenance of geospatial capabilities of the US Army Geospatial Center. Radiance possesses the corporate knowledge and technical capabilities necessary to assist in the coordination, integration and synchronization of geospatial information requirements and standards across the Army; develop geospatial enterprise enabled systems for the Army, the Department of Defense, and provide direct geospatial support to the Warfighter.
IMD is a General Services Administration Blanket Purchase Agreement awarded to deliver high-quality IMD technologies to National Air and Space Intelligence Center and external customers through the acquisition of newly-developed technologies or modifications to existing IMD technologies. The IMD technologies acquired will improve the quality, suitability, timeliness, and efficiency of IMD production. IMD technologies, which include predominantly software tools and some hardware sensors, support IMD production and enterprise IMD requirements management functions: process observed data, analyze and create IMD, populate IMD databases, update IMD, and disseminate IMD.
PS-ISR is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Cost Plus Fixed Fee type of contract. Task Orders may be issued to support the Sensors and Electron Devices Directorate, Technology Integration Branch of the United States Army Research Laboratory. This contract provides the requisite operational, program management, technical, engineering, integration, and program/product support services. The services to be provided encompass a wide variety of technology support to include analysis, studies, development, design, and demonstration of innovative ISR concepts and technologies. These technologies form a holistic approach to locating terrorist networks through Persistent Surveillance, Open Source Intelligence, and the identification and localization of weapons of mass destruction systems, as well as Improvised Explosive Devices.
SOF PR is a Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract awarded by Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Task Order Awards will be for modification and sustainment support for all Special Operations/Personnel Recovery and Rotary Division managed C-130, H1, and H-60 aircraft, to include integrated weapon systems, subsystems, and associated support equipment. These requirements may include, but are not limited to, non-recurring engineering, integration, trial installations, kit proof installations, aircraft technical data packages, technical orders, provisioning, test procedures, development of airworthiness documentation, cybersecurity documentation and installation of aircraft modification kits. They may also contain Interim Contractor Support, Contractor Logistics Support, Manufacturing, and full-rate kit production.
The US Army’s Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) is an ID/IQ contract with a $37.4B ceiling and a 10-year ordering period (5-year base and a 5-year option). RS3 focuses on providing research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E); engineering; logistics; acquisition planning; and training services to support organizations with C4ISR mission requirements.
