Cindy Santy

Ms. Cindy Santy joined Radiance in 2017 and provides a corporate level focus on developing a workforce with the capabilities to grow and sustain the company. She is responsible for a team that leads talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, communications, marketing, capture, proposal management, learning and development, and Radiance University. She also develops and supports growth strategies within the Service Intelligence and National Intelligence markets. She provides expertise on threat weapon systems, scientific and technical intelligence, and intelligence mission data. Cindy spent most of her career serving the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. She led scientific and technical intelligence analysis of foreign weapon systems at the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Missile and Space Intelligence Center in support of operational warfighters, acquisition and force modernization communities, and senior defense and policymaking customers. Ms. Santy earned a B.S in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
