David L. Diaddario

Mr. Dave Diaddario joined Radiance in 2010 and manages the daily operations of Radiance, a $200M 100% employee-owned small business and provides expertise in geospatial analysis, collections management, intelligence analysis, open source analysis, modeling and simulation, testing, foreign materiel exploitation, anti-tampering technique development/implementation, training package development, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Dave is responsible to the CEO for achieving annual corporate performance and financial goals. Previously, Dave served in numerous positions at BAE Systems (formerly MEVATEC Corporation) working with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and National Air and Space Administration (NASA) serving in program director, program manager, and technical director positions. Mr. Diaddario is a graduate of Auburn University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, he serves on multiple industry and civic boards.
