Our final Radiance Gives grant recipient of the cycle goes to Boys & Girls Clubs of North Alabama!

The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of North Alabama is to inspire and enable all young people to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens. Boys & Girls Clubs provide programs, people, and pathways that teach young people how to live, lead, and serve no matter where they are from or what challenges they face. They do this by partnering with people and organizations who understand that building a better community begins by providing our youth with an education that prepares them for the real world.

This grant will go to assist the Boys & Girls Clubs of North Alabama with youth programs in Academic Success with an emphasis on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). STEM programs and activities are offered at the club sites daily during the summer and after school. The STEM Director, along with STEM college interns, will support the clubs of North Alabama throughout the year by providing over 450 children, ages 5-18, with age-appropriate STEM activities.
