Radiance is proud to announce our most recent contract award: Domain 3-Advanced Warfighter Capabilities on the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command’s Design, Development, Demonstration & Integration Contract (D3I). This is a task order-based ID/IQ to provide a development and engineering, material-friendly contract to SMDC and its customers, and has a nine year ordering period with a maximum performance period of twelve years.

Former Radiance Executive Vice President, Dan Jones, began capture on this contract back in 2009 before David Diaddario, our current Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, took over leadership on the effort. Diaddario submitted the proposal in 2014.

“D3I is a significant win for Radiance and builds on our successful legacy of executing large ID/IQ contracts,” says Diaddario, “This contract provides Radiance and our team members a viable vehicle for years to come.”

Our president, Bill Bailey, on our D3I win: “This contract is strategically significant for Radiance. It provides us with a valuable contract vehicle which leverages our full technical expertise to provide engineering support from ‘concept to capabilities’ to SMDC and other important customers. This win helps ensure that Radiance can continue to provide the customer responsiveness and large business technical capabilities that make us unique as a small business.”
