MARV_10022012_46-SMALLRadiance is pleased to announce today that they have been identified as a winner of the Marshall Space Flight Center’s (MSFC) new Engineering Solutions and Prototyping (ESP) full and open Delivery Order contract.  This is a win for Radiance, NASA and our community; as ESP supports MSFC’s mission and programs for developing rapid prototypes and for engineering support.  Key to Radiance winning ESP was Mr. Dave Diaddario, Manager of their Aviation, Missile and Space Group.  When asked how Radiance will be successful going forward Diaddario indicates, “we will leverage our experience and expertise in DO based contracts to rapidly turn around high quality and competitive delivery order bids.”  While asking Radiance Technologies newly appointed President what he thought, Mr. Bill Bailey indicated, “this award is significant for Radiance since it leverages our established prototyping and engineering capabilities; establishes a new customer area; and diversifies our contract portfolio.”  Bailey later went on to praise his team, “(and by) congratulating the ESP capture team who made this win a reality as this was truly a collaborative effort utilizing all facets of the company.  Thanks for the hard work and the great effort.”

In early January the Radiance board of directors appointed the Intelligence System Group’s Senior Vice President and longtime employee William C. “Bill” Bailey, Jr. as President of Radiance Technologies.
