ATEP II web bannerDAYTON, OHIO – Radiance Technologies, Inc. (Radiance) is pleased to announce our most recent awards on the Advanced Technical Exploitation Program II (ATEP II) IDIQ contract. Our Technical Intelligence Group (TIG), in Dayton, OH is providing support to the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Our most recent task order awards include the Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Maintenance, Sustainment, and Enhancement (MS&E) Support; Ground Truth Dedicated Testing Support; Battlespace Characterization Center (BCC) Operational Support, and Below Average Target Measurement Algorithm Network (BATMAN) tasks.

The work performed for the GEOINT MS&E Support award provides NASIC with maintenance, sustainment, and enhancement to the NASIC Geospatial Intelligence Squadron intelligence production information technology (IT) infrastructure. Under the Ground Truth Dedicated Testing Support task, Radiance provides NASIC with ground truth data collection and analysis focused on radar, infrared and spectral disciplines, which includes characterization and analysis of a target through instrumented data collection during field tests with comparison to other sensor data.

With this most recent award, Radiance will support and enhance the analytic capabilities of NASIC’s Battlespace Characterization Center for the BCC Operational Support task. The work performed includes conducting multiple-discipline intelligence analysis; campaign and forces analysis; intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR); and sensor expertise.

Under the BATMAN task, Radiance scientists and engineers will use physics based models and empirical measurements to support optimization of techniques designed to detect and track targets for a range of target classes, backgrounds, and sensor system settings.

NASIC is performing a vital role in defending our nation, through integrated predictive intelligence and through highly technical assessments of our adversaries’ capabilities,” says Rita Hill, the Vice President of TIG. “Radiance is proud of the contributions our employees make in support of the NASIC mission.”

In addition to the work for the most recent ATEP II awards, Radiance currently provides an array of services to perform research, development, system sustainment, software development and sustainment, and intelligence production activities utilizing geospatial-intelligence and non-nuclear measurement and signature intelligence data for ATEP II. As TIG continues to grow with every task award, Radiance looks forward to the many more opportunities to provide dependable, dedicated, and high-quality work for NASIC.
