Radiance Technologies is pleased to announce that it has engaged Major General (Ret.) Timothy A. Sejba as a strategic consultant. With nearly three decades of service across the United States Air Force and United States Space Force, Maj. Gen. Sejba brings a rare combination of operational command experience and acquisition expertise in space systems, national security technology, and advanced defense programs.
He will provide strategic assistance and help enable the vision and direction of Space-related technologies and capabilities to support Radiance Technologies’ ongoing innovation and growth.

Over the course of his military career, Maj. Gen. Sejba commanded and led organizations at every level, from squadron to major command. He most recently served as the Special Assistant to the Vice Chief of Space Operations. He also served as Commander, Space Training and Readiness Command at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, and as Program Executive Officer for both Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power and Battle Management, Command, Control, and Communications at Space Systems Command, Los Angeles Air Force Base. His earlier assignments spanned the National Reconnaissance Office, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and U.S. Strategic Command, giving him a uniquely broad view of how space capabilities underpin national security across all domains.

Maj. Gen. Sejba’s partnership with Radiance Technologies will focus on analyzing and strategizing potential markets across the Department of War enterprise and serving as an advisor for Radiance leadership. He will work with Radiance leadership to support and refine Radiance Technologies’ strategic vision related to Space, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term goals.
