Customer Service and Support Line
Radiance maintains a Customer Service and Support call-in capability to address questions pertaining to products or requests for service or support. Radiance personnel monitor the line and answer questions regarding price, delivery, and availability of products and, when necessary, direct technical questions to the appropriate engineering activity.
Radiance personnel in our Manufacturing Department respond promptly to requests for quotes and are well versed in the preparation of quotes for our standard products, GSA products, labor-only efforts, or new, unique items. Official quotes are provided by our Contracts office to the customer as soon as possible.
Field Service Engineers
RPPG maintains a staff of highly qualified Field Service Engineers (FSEs) that rotate in and out of Southwest Asia to provide sustainment for Radiance-developed equipment and to support integration into Control Centers or Information Dissemination hierarchies. Radiance FSEs are not only capable of supporting products provided by other manufacturers, but also support equipment at the forefront of overseas operations.
