HUNTSVILLE, ALA. – Radiance Technologies, Inc. (Radiance) is pleased to announce their recent award of a prime contract for the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) Persistent Surveillance – Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (PS-ISR) Technology Research and Development program for the Sensors and Electron Devices Directorate (SEDD).

PS-ISR-imageRadiance will provide research, development, and operational support for sensors, electron devices, and ancillary technologies in support of the ARL SEDD mission providing the U.S. Army with effective intelligence and information tools, guaranteeing our warfighters the information dominance needed in today’s battlefield. PS-ISR SEDD is a multi-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a five-year base period of performance.

“The PS-ISR award supporting the ARL’s SEDD is an important win for us. We have maintained a small presence there for nearly 15 years. This contract gives us the opportunity to significantly increase our support and assist SEDD with transitioning ISR technology to the field,” said Boe Bowman, Senior Vice President Operation Intelligence Group at Radiance.

The Contracting Office awarded contracts to Radiance and a number of other companies for a shared ceiling value of $248,613,655 on June 23, 2016.
