Radiance Technologies placed 2nd in the medium category in the Dayton Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Awards. The process for our nomination was started in fall of 2016.
First, Radiance applied online and completed a questionnaire about why Radiance was a Best Place to Work. Our topics explaining why Radiance is a Best Place to Work included the numerous perks of being an employee-owned business, employee morale events, leadership-based investments, and the amazing benefits Radiance offers, such as health insurance, tuition assistance, and the ESOP and 401K plan.
Next, Radiance’s Dayton employees took an anonymous survey. Based on the results and feedback from the employees, companies were then ranked and nominated for the award.
