HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (July 24, 2018) – Radiance Technologies officially broke ground today on its new corporate headquarters, the over 100,000-square-foot facility that will be located at 310 Bob Heath Drive in Huntsville’s Cummings Research Park West. The new facility is scheduled for completion in late summer 2019 and will coincide with company’s 20th anniversary.
The project is being developed by Triad Properties and constructed by Fite Construction, based on a design from Fuqua and Partners. It will include secure high bay space, multiple classified and unclassified labs, and a state-of-the-art conference center with seating for more than 200 guests.
“We are extremely excited to be moving forward with Radiance’s new corporate headquarters. This facility will provide the company the space needed to support our future growth plans. It is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our employee-owners to deliver innovative solutions to our national defense customers,” said Bill Bailey, Radiance Technologies President. “We would like to thank our local, state, and federal elected officials and the Chamber for their tremendous support of the Tennessee Valley business community.”
Once completed, the new facility will allow Radiance Technologies to consolidate its Huntsville operations into one campus, expanding the company’s capacity to address the needs of its DoD, NASA, and national intelligence customers. The new facility will provide its employees with the crucial resources necessary to develop and deliver mission critical customer solutions in cyber security, systems engineering, intelligence, and prototyping and integration.
“Radiance Technologies is one of our most creative and innovative home-grown companies. Their leadership in cyber security, intelligence and engineering is a true representation of Huntsville and its high-tech workforce. We are excited to be part of their growth and prosperity,” Mayor Tommy Battle said.
“Radiance Technologies’ growth in Cummings Research Park — from East to West — is a testament to their company values and success. On behalf of the CRP Board of Directors, we’re excited they chose to continue their growth in the Park and look forward to their newest signature facility opening in 2019.”
