Huntsville, ALA – Radiance Technologies, Inc. (Radiance), has recently implemented a strategic initiative to develop and execute Radiance University. This includes engaging in course development and facilitation of programs in subject areas such as Cyber, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, and Leadership Development for both Radiance employees and external customers.

As Radiance University develops, the objectives are to provide Radiance employees, external customers, and industry partners with quality professional development opportunities; pertinent skill development by position and level; a professional learning environment to exchanges ideas and approaches; quick and easy access to valuable educational content; and custom-tailored training programs.

To help bring Radiance University to life, Radiance recently hired Ms. Lane Fabby as the Assistant Vice President, Director of Learning and Development. Having 20 years of experience in building professional development programs for the public and private sectors, Lane is adding value as an organizational development expert, facilitator, and executive coach. Over the past few years, Lane has conducted various leadership development courses for Radiance and is the former Director of Professional Development at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Special Assistant at the Center for Executive Education at the Naval Postgraduate School, and Advisor to senior executives in the DoD, Army, Navy, NASA, and former Congressmen.

Fabby said, “I am appreciative of the opportunity to join Radiance Technologies at such an exciting time in its history.
